10. Submitting a Privacy Request
You may submit a privacy request by:
• Email: info@midasupplies.com

Include your name, contact information, state of residence and the right you wish to exercise.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law and may be required to provide proof of authorization.
11. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or applying for an opportunity.
We may still send non-promotional communications concerning applications, orders, customer service, security or legal matters.
12. SMS, Text Messaging and WhatsApp Communications
MIDA® may communicate with prospective and existing independent sales representatives, retailers, distributors and wholesale customers through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and website chat.
SMS Consent and Enrollment
Where SMS consent is required, MIDA® obtains it through an affirmative action, such as selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website or another documented consent method permitted by applicable law and messaging-provider requirements.
Our communications process may begin with an introductory business email followed by a telephone conversation. Receiving an email or telephone call does not, by itself, enroll a recipient in SMS marketing.
When consent is collected, MIDA® identifies the business, describes the types of messages covered, provides applicable disclosures and maintains records of consent.
Consent to SMS marketing is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products, applying to become a sales representative or registering for a wholesale account.
Types of SMS Messages
Depending on the recipient’s consent and the applicable messaging program, messages may concern:
- Independent sales representative opportunities and recruitment follow-ups
- Wholesale product information and inquiries
- Account registration and onboarding
- Orders, shipping and delivery updates
- Customer support and business communications
- Promotional offers and product announcements where separately authorized
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out and Assistance
Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications or HELP for assistance.
MIDA® will honor applicable opt-out requests. A recipient who has opted out will not receive further messages under the relevant SMS program unless they subsequently provide valid consent again.
For assistance, visit https://midasupplies.com/ or contact info@midasupplies.com.
Mobile Information and Consent Records
MIDA® may share mobile numbers, message content, delivery information and consent records with telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms and service providers solely as necessary to deliver, manage, secure and support authorized communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
MIDA® may retain records of SMS consent, opt-outs and related communications as reasonably necessary for compliance, service delivery and dispute resolution.
WhatsApp Communications
MIDA® may also communicate through WhatsApp where permitted by applicable law and WhatsApp’s policies.
WhatsApp communications are separate from the SMS messaging program. Consent to receive SMS does not automatically constitute consent to receive WhatsApp marketing messages, or vice versa.
WhatsApp messages may be processed by WhatsApp, Meta and authorized messaging-service providers under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Website Chat and Email
MIDA® may use website chat and email to respond to inquiries, provide business assistance and communicate with customers or prospective sales representatives.
Promotional email communications will include applicable unsubscribe mechanisms.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website, products and sales-representative opportunities are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Applicants for independent sales-representative opportunities must be at least 18 years old.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
14. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website and advertisements may link to third-party websites or platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and payment or delivery providers.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. MIDA® is not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated third parties.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.
